Cheap Thrills: Pamela Love vs. Moon Raven Designs

It's no secret that we are major Pamela Love enthusiasts here at Holy Ghost. Sometimes the prices of her beautiful gems, however, keep our love from being, um, consummated. The talon ring is one of those classic Pamela Love pieces we've fallen head over heels for, but could never quite muster up the funds to meet its $286 price tag. Needless to say, this talon ring is no cheap date. 

Enter Moon Raven Designs, a Canadian jewelry line who has been making raven, skull, and other beautifully macabre, wildlife inspired pieces since 1974. Their meticulously handcrafted talon ring is just one of their many gorgeously Love-esque pieces -- and at incredibly reasonable prices (their sterling silver talon ring is $90), it looks like there's a new love in our lives.

We've been dreaming about these beauties by With Hearts In My Eyes on Bona Drag for quite some time, but struggled with this weird moral objection to paying more than we pay for jeans for a pair of see-through pants.
